The events of the present hour have shaken the confidence of many believers. They have been taught that they, ”the church,” will not see the dark days of Yehovah’s dealing with Israel and the whole of humanity in the final hours of human history.
The images presented on an ever increasing number of social media platforms are just overwhelming for some.
They have not had to deal with that possibility, of that degree of hardship. They have not been trained to deal with spiritual conflict in their lives.
Tucked away on the padded pews and the feel-good music of denominational Christianity, they aren’t personally aware of any kind of war in the spirit.
They may clap their hands and stomp their feet and sing songs about having victory over the enemy, but most of them have never seen war in the spirit. They have never learned to press into prayer and intercession.
The fact is, most of them aren’t even aware that they are living in a spiritual prison. They are serving another Jesus, following another gospel, and being led by another spirit.
The scripture tells us that we must endure hardship as good soldiers of the cross. It is expected that promoting the gospel will bring a response from the enemy, whose house we are spoiling. If there is no conflict in your life, you are asleep in the prison of the enemy.
This upset you are feeling about the things that are unfolding in our world are intended to wake these people up. It is designed to reveal the inadequacy of the false gospel they, you, have been given.
25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: 26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. 27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
Hebrews 12:25-29
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: 29 For our God is a consuming fire.
These things should cause you to open your Bible and prove everything for yourself. You are going to find that many of the foundational doctrines of your denomination simply don’t square up with the word of Yehovah.
My friend, God doesn’t save denominations; he saves individuals. We must all someday answer for the lives we have lived according to scripture, not how well we obeyed the doctrines and traditions of men.
What do the scriptures say about salvation? Do you really know? Or are the sound bites and mantras of your “group” being evoked in your mind by some spirit other than Yeshua?
The pressure that is being applied in this world will increase until it separates the entire world into two camps.
One in which you can believe anything you like as long as you bow the knee to the antichrist when you are told to do so.
The other will be filled by individuals from every possible corner of Babylon who have discerned that something is very wrong with what they have been taught. A people who have begun to seek the face of God and search the scriptures for themselves.
We are moving from the shadows, seeking the light. Praying that every false thing is exposed. We are casting off the cloak of bondage, seeking the liberty of truth that is only found in Messiah.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Matthew 24:6-9
The attitude of the denominational world is one of escapism. These people have been taught and believe that they won’t be on earth during the tribulation period.
The fact is that they will be here and will bow before the Antichrist. They are largely ignorant of the Word of God and have been sold a feel-good gospel that is leading them to destruction.
The attitude of the scriptural believer is one of warfare and harvest. We are being instructed and hardened for service in the final brutal hours of human history.
9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. 10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand. 11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. 12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. 13 But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.
Daniel 12:9-13
The tribulation period is designed to purge out all remaining sin from the lives of the believers. It is meant to give those coming to faith in those final days the drive and determination to press into the kingdom like no generation before them.
If you are not locked in combat with the enemy on behalf of yourself, your family, and the elect of God, you are probably asleep in the prison of religion and are about to be destroyed.
11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
Romans 13:11-14
Wake up.
