Dear Torah Observant Apostolic Family and Friends,

About four years ago we joined Covenant Apostolic Congregations International (CACI). We were very excited to find an organization that seemed to closely match our own doctrinal views and beliefs, so we sought ordination under them to become elders. Our goal was to further our mission of sharing biblical teaching and helping as many as possible make it into the Kingdom, spreading the truth of Yehovah’s word to the nations.

After many discussions and counsel as well as much prayerful consideration, it became clear that there were certain doctrinal differences between our organizations that we could not resolve. While both Torah Observant Apostolics and CACI both share the same desire and drive to share Yehovah’s truth, ultimately, we were unable to align on certain doctrinal views and aspects of how His truth would be taught and shared.

Torah Observant Apostolics and CACI have made the decision to part ways. We do so with a mutual respect and understanding, but also recognize the reality of the situation – that the differences are too great for us to maintain our licenses under CACI.

We did not make this decision lightly and we greatly appreciate the fellowship, support, teaching, and other contributions that CACI has made during our association.

The mission of Torah Observant Apostolic remains unchanged. We are steadfast in our commitment to help sincere believers develop a deeper, more meaningful relationship with their creator and abide in Him by walking even as He walked. We will continue to provide scripturally grounded, insightful biblical teachings to edify, inspire, and equip the TOA family and friends with the tools they need to grow in Yehovah.

We ask for your prayers, support, and trust as we navigate the new season that Yehovah is leading us through. We sincerely thank you for words of encouragement and intercession on our behalf – it means more than you will ever know.

We also invite and encourage you to share your comments, questions, and feedback on what you would like to see in our free resource section, blog, and Sabbath messages. As always, if you would like a Bible study, we are available and are excited to meet with you either in person or via Zoom.

We are confident in Yehovah’s guidance, His plans for this ministry, and excited to see what He is going to do next!

We wish the leadership and members of CACI the very best in their future endeavors as they pursue their own path as Yehovah leads. We will continue to pray for their ministry as they obey Yehovah’s calling for their ministry.

With our deepest gratitude and greatest expectation,

Pastor CW and Stephanie Mayberry
